Food Poisoning
Food poisoning or food poisoning is a common disease. Most of the time, many are seen suffering from this disease. The illness that results from food is called HOME CARE food poisoning or food poisoning treatment in Bangladesh. Food poisoning occurs when someone eats contaminated, wasted or poisoned food, which is infected with bacteria, viruses, and parasites. These contaminants can contaminate the food by contact with the food during processing or production.
Causes of food poisoning
1.Bacteria:
E. coli, Salmonella and Listeria bacteria are the most common causes of food poisoning medicine. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
about 1.2 million people die from food poisoning, 20 hospitalizations, and 5 deaths each year in the US due to a bacterium called Salmonella.
There are two other little-known bacteria that can contaminate the food – Campylobacter and Clostridium botulinum (botulism).
2.Viruses:
Viruses, especially the norovirus, also known as the Norwalk virus, cause more than 3 million food poisoning treatment each year.
Parasites:
Food poisoning caused by parasites is common but is dangerous to your health. Toxoplasma is the most common form of parasitic food poisoning.
Diagnosis
A physician diagnoses the affected person based on a detailed history, how long he was ill, the symptoms and the foods he ate. A physician performs stool tests and blood tests to determine what is responsible for home care food poisoning based on the patient’s symptoms and history.
- Always wash fruits and vegetables before eating or cooking.
- Wash your hands thoroughly before eating or cooking.
- Do not eat milk, bananas, fruits as long as you are old, try to eat fresh food.
- Eat boiling water.
- Do not cover any food. Cover properly, otherwise different types of insects (mosquitoes, flies) can spread germs while sitting on food.
- Do not eat open street food.
- While cooking the meat must be cooked on high heat for a long time.
